The sales contract is concluded between Carrément and the adult client (buyer) at the time the order appears to the client on the screen. Anyone who places an order at Carrément, agrees to the conditions of sale.

All prices are including VAT and excluding shipping costs.

Order

When you select an item and would like to purchase them, further press order. Nothing is final until the payment is made. You can cancel at all times. Each order will receive an order confirmation via e-mail.

Payment

An order is not final until we have received the payment. If we do not receive payment within 7 days then your order will be canceled and the items offered on our site or in the shop.

CARREMENT aims for a safe working environment with partner Ogone. Payments can be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) via bancontact / mistercash. More information can be found on www.ogone.be Ogone. It is possible that an item is ordered simultaneously by 2 customers the first order is given priority.

Delivery

CARREMENT delivers by mail within 1 to 5 working days after receipt of payment. Incorrectly transmitted address is the responsibility of the buyer and may give rise to additional costs. The delivery times are not binding, but merely as an indication.

According to the law on trade, loss and / or damage to an ordered product at the expense of Carrément. You have 48 hours to report damage to us.

Handbags are not reversed

Netherlands: € 25

Within the EU: € 30

Outside EU: € 50

USA – ASIE: € 250 insurance included

Delay in delivery does not entitle the buyer to cancel or refuse goods and in no way lead to compensation.

Taxes and customs duties are outside the EU at the expense of the customer.

Complaints and exchange / return items purchased

You have 7 working days after receipt date to submit your article to exchange or return.

The customer should notify CARREMENT by mail (carrement@telenet.be) that the purchased goods will be returned.

Exchange or returns that have not been notified in advance will not be credited. The shipping costs to send the goods back CARREMENT shall be dealt with by the buyer. The customer receives the refund of the purchased goods (excl. shipping costs). However, if it is a wrong product delivered by CARREMENT then the return costs at our expense.

The shoes should always be returned in the original packaging and in original condition.

Used shoes can not be returned.

Authorities and jurisdiction

The sale of goods is fully subject to Belgian law and any disputes will be settled by Belgian courts.
